Ingredients

  • 200g noodles (e.g., rice noodles, pad thai noodles)

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 inch ginger, grated

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, julienned

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

  • 100g broccoli florets

  • 100g snap peas

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Directions

  • For Boiling:
    1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

    2. Cook the noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.

    3. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
  • For Cooking:

    2. Then add chopped garlic, green onion, sliced onion and grated ginger Saute until fragrant.
