Ingredients
500g fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
2-3 red chilies, chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (add more for an extra kick)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Lime wedges, for serving
Directions
- For the base:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Cook garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
3. Add chopped chilies and cook for a minute longer (be careful it may get smoky). - For the prawns:
