Ingredients
500g boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Directions
- For Marination:
– Combine chicken cubes with chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
– Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. - For Sauteing:
– Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
– Saute minced garlic and chopped onion until translucent and fragrant.
– Add sliced red and green bell peppers along with chopped green chilies.
