Ingredients

  • 200g baby corn, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil, for frying

  • Honey Chilli Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to your spice preference)

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes

Directions

  • For coating:

    In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
