Ingredients
250g mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
1 onion, finely chopped
1 capsicum, diced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp cornflour
1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

- For Marination:
– Mix mushrooms with soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, minced garlic, and chopped green chilies. Marinate for 15-20 minutes. - For Coating:
